Going Home to See My Grandmother. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who commented, messaged me, and shared your own stories after my last post.

I honestly didn’t expect so many people to reach out.

Some of you shared immigration experiences.
Some shared practical suggestions.
And some told me stories about family members you never got the chance to see again.

I read all of them.
And after thinking about it for a long time, I’ve decided to go home and see my grandmother.

There are still uncertainties I need to navigate, and I’ll make sure I understand the travel requirements and have the documents I need before I leave.

But one thing became very clear to me:
Jobs can come again. Opportunities can come again. Time with the people we love cannot.

I don’t want to look back years from now and wish I had chosen differently.
